1. Services

JPtheGeek provides managed IT services, technical support, cybersecurity services, and related technology solutions to businesses and individuals.

2. SMS / Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from JPtheGeek related to your services. JPtheGeek does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or service.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with service operations, or transmit malicious content.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in fees or service suspension. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date.

5. Limitation of Liability

JPtheGeek's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
