Managed IT means we ARE your IT department. Co-Managed means we work alongside your existing IT team, filling specific gaps without replacing anyone. Different price points, different fit profiles.
Will my IT person feel threatened?
They shouldn't — and they don't, in our experience. Co-managed expands their capability, gives them backup and time off, and lets them do the strategic work they always wanted to instead of grinding tickets. Most internal IT staff prefer it.
How do you scope the engagement?
Discovery call to understand your team and gaps → custom scope with specific functions we cover → flat fee or block of hours depending on the pattern. Reviewed quarterly so it stays right-sized.
What does it cost?
Depends on scope. Common patterns: $2,500–$10,000/month for a typical SMB. Far less than another full-time hire, gives you specialty depth that one hire couldn't deliver anyway.
What tools do we share?
